Shadow Heist

Every guard remembers something different. Every vault opens a different way.

Most stealth games hand you the same level every time you die, you learn its patrol routes by heart, and the challenge becomes memorization rather than improvisation. Shadow Heist throws that out. No two heists are ever the same: the rooms, the guard routes, the camera placements, even who's carrying the keycard, all get rebuilt from scratch every single run. You can't memorize your way through this game. You have to actually read the room.

The bigger twist is what you're stealing first. Before you can touch the jewel, you have to lift a keycard directly off a patrolling guard, getting close enough to pick their pocket without spiking their suspicion. It turns the opening of every level into a tense game of proximity and timing rather than a simple fetch quest, and it means the guard carrying your way in is also the single biggest threat to your run.

Underneath that, ten guard personality types react to you in genuinely different ways rather than sharing one detection script: nervous guards change their patrol on a whim, lazy guards doze off mid-route, elite guards lock onto your trail the instant they spot you. A live suspicion meter tracks the whole mission's heat in real time, giving you a window to dive into shadow or pop a smoke bomb before a single slip turns into a full alarm.

It's built entirely for the browser, no download, no install, just open it and you're inside a jewelry store with a guard standing between you and your exit.

Features: the heist always changes, ten themed locations from jewelry stores to diamond fortresses, steal the keycard off a living guard instead of finding it on the floor, five distinct guard AI personalities with their own quirks, smoke bombs, EMPs and holograms to turn the tables on security, a live suspicion system that rewards staying cool under pressure, adjustable difficulty and movement speed for your own pace, and a local leaderboard to chase your best run.
